2nd shift Trailer Unloaders/loaders (Lumpers) Lifting up to 120lbs.

Job Summary:

Lumpers are responsible for the efficient unloading and loading of freight, cargo, or merchandise in a warehouse or distribution setting. This physically demanding role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work well in a team to ensure timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely unload and load trucks, trailers, and containers by hand or with equipment
• Stack, sort, and organize freight in the appropriate areas
• Inspect items for damage and report discrepancies or issues
• Use pallet jacks, dollies, and other tools to move heavy materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with warehouse supervisors, and team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or freight handling experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to lift 50–120 lbs. consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must wear steel toe shoes.
