1st Shift Tire Loader

We are looking for motivated and hardworking loaders to join our team!

Our operation is simple; you will be working in teams of two to load trailers. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of loading tires and be familiar with basic loading protocols and safety guidelines. 

Overview:        The team will be loading full pallets of tires onto a conveyor or by an electric pallet jack/walkie rider and loading tries by hand onto the trailer.

• Pre-Check make sure trailers are empty and free of trash, report any damage to the inside of trailer
• Load tires onto conveyor by hand (1000+ tires per trailer)
• Attention to detail as SKU numbers on tires can change.
• Repetitive lifting and bending
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, WE WILL TRAIN

Pay: 

• Paid per trailer loaded (2-3 trailers daily) A trailer’s payout is determined by its weight.
• The faster and harder you work, the more money you make.
• The average loader can make $800 to $1000 in a week ($120-200 a day)
• If you only do 2 or less trailers a day, you will make closer to $500-$800

Requirements 

• Has steel toe/composite toe shoes (required)
• Has reliable transportation and attendance (required)
• Must be able to pass a background check (required)
• Must be able to pass a drug screen (required)
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs (required)

Schedule: 

• Monday-Friday
• 7am- 3:30pm (You are expected to stay the entire shift)
