Job Description
We are currently hiring to fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We are seeking a medical receptionist/office administrator to optimize both front and back office operations. Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Main job responsibilities include supporting the patient services and billing department needs. Duties may include scheduling appointments, answering and responding to phone calls, coordinating between families and clinicians, educating families on our policies and procedures, addressing practice-related inquiries, completing new intakes, inputting insurance information, coordinating with physician offices, and any other task in line with our mission.

- Ability to address challenges and find solutions that support patient and family
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families, insurance companies, and referral sources
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records in the EMR system
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certifications in healthcare administration is preferred
