What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of direct support staff
Help maintain a structured, positive home environment
Support individuals in building life skills and independence
Participate in community activities and outings
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently
Model strong communication, accountability, and leadership

What We're Looking For
Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.
Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion.
Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Leadership or team lead experience is preferred.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
