Junior Recruiter (Spanish-Speaking)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and bilingual (Spanish-English) Junior Recruiter to support high-volume caregiver hiring in a fast-growing healthcare environment.

This is a performance-based recruiting position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

You will play a critical role in generating candidate pipeline, conducting outreach, and ensuring caregivers are onboarded quickly and compliantly.

What You’ll Do

• Generate daily candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to applicants and passive candidates

• Schedule interviews and move candidates through hiring stages efficiently

• Follow up consistently on documentation and onboarding requirements

• Ensure compliance files are complete and accurate

• Track all candidate activity in internal systems

• Meet daily outreach goals and weekly hiring targets

• On-time onboarding completion

• Clear and accurate pipeline tracking

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (home care or healthcare preferred)

• Direct experience managing onboarding compliance

• Strong documentation accuracy

• Comfortable working with deadlines and measurable goals

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
