What You Will Own
Generate daily candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing and outreach
Make high-volume outbound calls to applicants and passive candidates
Schedule interviews and move candidates through hiring stages quickly
Follow up aggressively on documentation and onboarding steps
Maintain accurate candidate tracking in internal systems
Ensure onboarding files are completed without delay
Meet daily outreach and weekly hiring movement targets
Support staffing needs in a high-volume healthcare environment

Timely onboarding file completion
Clear tracking of pipeline movement

Required Qualifications
1+ year of recruitment experience (home care preferred)
Direct experience handling onboarding compliance
Strong documentation accuracy
High-volume follow-up experience
Comfortable working with deadlines and accountability
Strong organizational skills
