Junior Recruiter (Spanish-Speaking)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and bilingual (Spanish-English) Junior Recruiter to support high-volume caregiver hiring in a fast-growing healthcare environment.
This is a performance-based recruiting position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
You will play a critical role in generating candidate pipeline, conducting outreach, and ensuring caregivers are onboarded quickly and compliantly.
What You’ll Do
Generate daily candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to applicants and passive candidates
Schedule interviews and move candidates through hiring stages efficiently
Follow up consistently on documentation and onboarding requirements
Ensure compliance files are complete and accurate
Track all candidate activity in internal systems
Meet daily outreach goals and weekly hiring targets

Consistent daily outreach activity
Strong candidate follow-up cadence
On-time onboarding completion
Clear and accurate pipeline tracking
Qualifications
1+ year of recruiting experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
Direct experience managing onboarding compliance
Strong documentation accuracy
Comfortable working with deadlines and measurable goals
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
