Role Overview

This is a performance-based recruiting position responsible for generating pipeline activity, driving candidate movement, and supporting high-volume hiring goals.

What You Will Own

• Generate daily candidate pipeline through outbound sourcing and outreach

• Make high-volume outbound calls to applicants and passive candidates

• Schedule interviews and move candidates through hiring stages quickly

• Follow up aggressively on documentation and onboarding steps

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in internal systems

• Ensure onboarding files are completed without delay

• Meet daily outreach and weekly hiring movement targets

• Support staffing needs in a high-volume healthcare environment

Performance Expectations

• Daily outbound activity required

• Consistent follow-up cadence

• Timely onboarding file completion

• Clear tracking of pipeline movement

This role requires speed, organization, and discipline.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment experience (home care preferred)

• Direct experience handling onboarding compliance

• Strong documentation accuracy

• High-volume follow-up experience

• Comfortable working with deadlines and accountability

• Strong organizational skills
