Responsible for inspecting and correcting maintenance issues in guest rooms to ensure rooms are operationally ready for the flawless guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Wear a skid-resistant work shoe and the appropriate clothes for the job
- Inspects every room on the property to make the necessary maintenance corrections, report housekeeping issues and ensure every room is ready from a maintenance standard for arriving guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The ability to write routine reports and correspondence. The ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employee of the organization.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical interference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. The ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
A valid South Carolina Drivers license.
