Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of our AC and plumbing installation teams by managing all logistics — including materials, permits, inspections, and warranty documentation.

You’ll work closely with installation managers, warehouse staff, vendors, and customers to make sure projects are scheduled properly, materials arrive on time, and every detail is documented accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work with purpose, and takes satisfaction in helping things run smoothly from behind the scenes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistics for AC and plumbing installation jobs.
  • Prepare and obtain required permits and schedule inspections with local authorities.
  • Track and organize equipment orders, deliveries, and materials to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Register installed equipment with manufacturers and maintain accurate warranty records.
  • Communicate with vendors, warehouse personnel, and field teams to confirm details and deadlines.
  • Maintain complete and organized records for all installations, inspections, and materials.
  • Support the operations team by ensuring every project is fully documented, compliant, and ready for completion.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in logistics, scheduling, permitting, purchasing, or office coordination within a residential service or construction company preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM, ERP, or scheduling software (training provided).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Dependable, consistent, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AC or plumbing permitting and compliance processes is a plus.

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-site position at our Tampa office
