Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Oversees, trains develop and mentors field technicians.
● Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
● Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
● Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
● Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to ensure project milestones are met.
● Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
● Facilitate meetings, status updates, and performance reviews to maintain transparency and alignment.
● Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and project outcomes.
● Mentor and collaborate with Client Success Managers, Junior Project Managers and provide leadership.
● Responsible for dealing with any projects that involve permits or plans.
● Responsible for issuing liens on projects.
● Responsible for developing budgets for projects, monitoring costs, and providing detailed financial reports of all costs related to projects.
● Responsible for ensuring all safety standards related to our industry are met on every job site where construction or projects are being performed.
● Position will require travel for project management
● Responsible for approving all proposals over the company set threshold. This will be a primary function of this role and will require collaboration with Client Success Managers, Junior Project Managers, Field Technicians, and Leadership to help develop best practices and training to ensure the proposals are being built accurately and as efficiently as possible.
● Ensure all projects comply with company standards, industry best practices, and are fully compliant with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure everything is done up to city, state, and federal codes and laws
● Will lead weekly meetings to provide status updates and WIP on all open projects. This meeting will also consist of ensuring all open work orders are fully up to date and in real-time status prior to each meeting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Project Management
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Facilities & Construction of 5+ years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with project management software that is common in our industry.
