Juliette Fowler Communities is looking for a Leasing and Marketing Manager to drive growth, elevate our brand, and welcome new residents into our vibrant community.
As our Sales & Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind occupancy growth and brand visibility by:
Leading the full sales journey – from first inquiry to a joyful move-in
Building meaningful relationships with prospects, families, and referral partners
Delivering exceptional experiences through personalized tours and communication
Using data and CRM tools to track performance and optimize results
Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless transitions for new residents
Representing our mission, vision, and values with professionalism and heart
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced (3–5 years in senior living or healthcare sales preferred)
A proven performer with a track record of meeting occupancy and revenue goals
A relationship-builder with exceptional communication skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Yardi/CRM a plus)
Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for events
A professional who embodies our mission and maintains confidentiality
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
