LTAC RN (Registered Nurse) - Baton Rouge and Surrounding areas

•    Location: Baton Rouge & surrounding areas

    •    Setting: LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) Hospital Facility

    •    Schedule: PRN (as needed)

    •    Shift Options:

    •    Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    •    Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    •    Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

 Responsibilities

    •    Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients

    •    Monitor and assess patient conditions

    •    Administer medications and treatments as ordered

    •    Work closely with interdisciplinary team

    •    Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

    •    Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards

Requirements

    •    Active Louisiana RN license or Multistate Compact License

    •    Current American Heart BLS Certification

    •    Minimum 1 year experience in:

         ** LTAC,  Med-Surg, Or Rehab Facility
