Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is actively recruiting. Hourly pay is $33 per hour based on experience and case needs. Mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care.
2. Ensures client care services are provided in accordance with acceptable standards of care of Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care and submit reports of supervisory visits to the Director/Owner within an acceptable amount of time.
3. Ensures the respectful treatment of clients and family members.
4. Maintains a work environment conducive to achieving professional goals among the employees, i.e. training, educational resources, etc.
5. Assists Director with the implementation of new processes. Identifies performance issues related to caregivers, discusses with Director and assists in their resolution.
6. Utilizes Quality Assurance tool or process in order to monitor accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
7. Participates and assists Director/Owner in staff meetings for caregivers to ensure awareness of any educational/in-services being implemented.
8. Identifies opportunities to improve the quality of patient care.
9. May assist Director/Owner with implementing employee recognition, reward and incentive programs.
10. Act as Administrator/Alternate Administrator if applicable.
11. May have access to personal health information (“PHI”) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities.
12. Project a professional appearance and a willing, positive and courteous expression in performing tasks.
13. Complete other duties as assigned by Owner/Director.
Qualifications
- Able to commute to and from our offices as required by Administration
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Valid RN license
- Current CPR Certification
- Current TB result
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Willingness to enforce to health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- Experience as Registered Nurse in a Supervision Environment
