Administrative Assistant, Business Development

 

The Administrative Assistant, Business Development will provide administrative support for sales team as needed.

Status: Full-time

Location: on-site in Houston, TX & Remote

Responsibilities:

·       Perform tasks to support sales teams including ordering brochures, business cards, completing event and membership applications & registration process;

·       Provide calendar management, arrange travel, sales reports, and coordinate conference calls and meetings;

·       Coordinate the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials;

·       Update and maintain database of information containing customer/client lists, sales leads and other related details;

·       Provide event support including preparation and on-site assistance;

·       Perform administrative support as required by team members and clients in order to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines;

·       Review, reconciles and approves expenses;

·       Assist with the preparation of sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials, and other tasks, as needed;

·       Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirement Qualifications

·     Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical/vocational school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Attention to detail

·       Organizational skills

·       Ability to multi-tasks while maintaining quality and meet deadlines.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·       Salesforce experience preferred

·       Time management skills
