RN MDS Coordinator

Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a qualified, dedicated RN to join our team as an MDS Coordinator.

Previous MDS experience required. Sub-acute nursing and rehabilitation experience preferred.

Requirements:

NYS Licensed RN, must be a detail-oriented, highly organized, dedicated professional who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills a must, with the ability to follow oral and written instruction.
• Solid computer skills required, SIGMACARE experience preferred.
• Has a working knowledge of MDS and PPS process and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignments.

Shift: M-F

Salary: $110,000.00 - 120,000.00 annually
