Production Quality Technician

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Production Quality Technician. In this role you will help ensure that products leaving the production line consistently meet quality standards, while also supporting manufacturing efficiency by identifying process risks, validating controls, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve issues quickly and prevent defects from moving downstream.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

·         Respond quickly to quality issues identified on the production line, helping resolve problems without disrupting production flow

·         Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to implement root‑cause‑based solutions that reduce defect recurrence and downtime

·         Conduct process audits and quality checks to validate that controls are effective and risks are managed

·         Assess manufacturing processes to identify capability gaps or quality risks and recommend corrective actions

·         Document findings clearly and support continuous improvement efforts based on data and observations

·         Help ensure the production line consistently delivers products that meet internal and customer quality standards

We’re Looking For:

·         Strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving ability

·         High attention to detail and ability to identify performance gaps

·         Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

·         Strong understanding of technical documentation, such as drawings, manuals, and CAD models

·         Clear verbal and written communication skills

·         Comfortable documenting findings and observations clearly

·         Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, measuring tapes, micrometers etc)

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
