Bartender - Avista Resort

The bartender will take orders, make drinks, and take payments. The bartender will be able to keep busy during non-peak hours by cleaning and organizing. Providing time-effective and friendly service is a must.  Part-time/Seasonal.  Hours will range between 10 am to 9pm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

·         Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs

·         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

·         Validate proper identification for all guests being served alcohol

·         Maintain required records of payments and tips

·         Maintain a clean/sanitized environment at all times

Requirements:

·         Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays

·         Must provide friendly and respectful customer service

·         Must be proficient in multitasking

·         Previous experience necessary

·         Must be 21 or older
