HR Data Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions, including system support, running reports, ADP and employee relations. Your contributions will help us maintain a positive work environment that aligns with our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and system support. 
• Manage HRIS and ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
• Support talent management initiatives by assisting in performance evaluations and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies regarding workplace safety.
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Coordinate affirmative action planning efforts to promote diversity within the workforce.
• Assist with payroll processing using ADP and Paylocity systems as needed.
• Provide support in contract management related to employment agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in HR functions such as onboarding and talent management.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with ADP or Paylocity is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
