Position Overview: To lead and grow Land Perc’s service area throughout all of Florida and the Southeast United States. Lead Land Perc in achieving its strategic goals and vision, ensuring operational excellence, financial stability, and growth. This individual will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing executive operations, and fostering a culture that aligns with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

•       Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives, promoting revenue growth, profitability, and industry leadership.

•        Operational Oversight: Oversee all operational functions, including finance, marketing, and project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals.

•       Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in public and professional forums.

•        Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

•       Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

•       Innovation and Adaptation: Drive innovation in services and processes, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.

•       Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks to the business, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
