KELLY & Associates Financial Services in Sparks, MD is seeking an individual to be responsible for all aspects of quality service for Payroll clients. Accountable for timely resolution of complex payroll and related service issues that require specialized knowledge, analysis and problem solving skills.  Responsibilities include all aspects of payroll processing, set up and maintenance of payroll specific services and products such as general ledger, retirement plan integration, onboarding system, and time & attendance system. 

 Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.  

 Requirements

  • High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years payroll processing experience required
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency required
