Associate, Marketing & Design

How you will Impact PLATFORM

The successful candidate will assist our Marketing & Design department with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development. The Associate will oversee the seamless execution of marketing campaigns deliverables across all channels (collateral, advertising messaging, digital presence) from conception to delivery, ensuring that messaging, targeting, and timing are aligned with sales objectives.

• Create new branded templates for PLATFORM (proposals, slide decks, social media, sell sheets etc.)
• Assist in the design, layout and asset creation for proposals and RFP submissions
• Ensure accuracy and precision of processed/formatted materials
• Ensure brand consistency throughout internal and external communications
• Assist with website content curation, maintaining accuracy of business information, contacts.
• Assist and manage creative projects as required which includes but are not limited to:
• Marketing collateral
• Ordering and Organizing swag
• Ordering business cards
• RFP, documents updates, presentation clean up etc.
• Any other ad-hoc requests)

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline
• 2-3+ years of experience in Graphic Design role or related experience
• Extensive working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self Starter, Intuitive, Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to adapt quickly, work independently and manage work priorities under pressure
• Team player, positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal and listening skills
• This role will require you to be accessible outside of regular business hours to best manage incoming urgent requests
