Customer Service Representative (CSR)
· Temp to Perm opportunity, growing company! – Excellent culture, great benefits offered upon perm placement!
· At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
· Answer inbound calls from both current and prospective clients.
· Provide top notch customer service, resolve customer concerns/issues.
· Data entry skills - maintain/update CRM as required, enter customer orders into system.
· Opportunity to advance within the company from this role.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a HUGE PLUS!
· Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
