🕒 Flexible Shifts Available |Full Time (5-6 shifts a week) Part-Time (3–4 shifts per week)

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting residents’ daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.

As an STNA, you will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents while working closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
• Support mobility needs such as transferring, repositioning, and ambulation
• Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, weight)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Respond promptly to resident call lights
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident well-being

• Active Ohio STNA Certification (Required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout shift
• Must be able to lift, move, and transfer up to 50 lbs. regularly
