General Maintenance Technician (H2B In Country Extension Available)
Position Dates: April 1st, 2026 - December 31st, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to guest requests and troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Performing basic building and property maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, preventative maintenance and picking up debris
- Contributing to an organized environment of the maintenance office and building
- Maintaining the digital log of activities preformed.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) months of experience in a maintenance related role at a hotel, resort or private club.
- Valid US Work Authorization. (Eligible for H2B In Country Visa Extension)
