ATM Technician

Manhattan location

16.33/hr. + parking fee, tolls, mileage reimbursement

Schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm

As the Associate First line Technician, you will provide maintenance for ATM's, retail point of sale equipment, plus related PC and PC peripherals. Additionally, the Associate First line Technician will provide scheduled cleanings and other basic maintenance on Kaba Mas Hamilton locks. Special project work assigned as needed. Perform basic installation and minor repairs on all client products and services. This position may require the use of basic hand tools, limited parts and a general understanding of PC, PC peripherals and network connectivity. Skill levels will be assessed by CBT, formal technical training, and field audits.

Responsibility: Prioritize and plan service calls
Tasks: Contact customer with the estimated time of arrival
Escalate problems when appropriate
Reassign calls when appropriate
Review call history
Accurately report service data
Responsibility: Complete equipment cleanings as specified by client contracts
Responsibility: Perform minor maintenance on ATMs
Tasks: replacing light bulbs, card reader belts, air filters, etc.
Responsibility: Perform basic installation functions
Tasks: pulling cable, mounting devices, installing Mas-Hamilton locks
Responsibility: Perform technical fixes
Tasks: clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
