The person we're looking for has had experience in all facets of HR, thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, has a passion for building and refining processes, and able to influence/mentor others. We need a HR partner who can build strong relationships with leaders and employees while balancing the need to be a strategic business partner along with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude. This person will work with high- level leadership teams and will provide strategic counsel in the areas of organizational design, leadership and manager development, and talent management. As a member of the HRBP team, you'll bring the experience, enthusiasm and attitude necessary to get the job done.

What You Will Do

â—      Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Process by coordinating headcount needs, working with managers and leadership team on ensuring job descriptions are consistent in title, meet accounting and operations needs and leveled appropriately and assisting with reference and background checks pre-training start for US and International team members and

â—      Administer compensation and benefits plans for US and international employees by coordinating with Payroll teams including on position changes, ensuring managers update accounting on payroll, answering benefits questions, reviewing and coordinating with benefits broker and ensuring accurate and timely entry of position changes

â—      Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding and help plan and execute training and development by coordinating with IT and leadership on process, ensuring onboarding and offboarding checklist is completed, and tracking and processing team members

â—      Maintain the necessary HR documentation, tools, and processes by updating and distributing policy notices, capturing comprehensive list of personnel, maintaining internal folders and records according to best practices, coordinating MYR and annual review process, conducting investigations and interviews as needed, able to train supervisors on state specific requirements

â—      Collaborate with business leadership, VP, People and broader People team to establish HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results

â—      Partner with leaders at multiple levels and their teams to develop and execute People strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation and organizational effectiveness. This includes implementing programs, processes and tools to help set managers and employees up for success

â—      Support the analysis and facilitation of leadership and cultural initiatives. Use influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values. You assist with guiding business leadership on clarifying and executing business strategies for an assigned client; you identify areas for improving the clarity and effectiveness of strategy execution; you participate in the implementation of interventions

â—      Assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas

â—      Coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations for a wide range of issues. May include conducting investigations in response to Employee Relations issues and working with VP, People to recommend/implement courses of action based on investigation results

â—      Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. You implement and adapt to new or changing structures (leadership or organizational), cultural change, or business-specific programs/processes (e.g., training, talent movement) for an assigned organization

â—      Lead the communication and rollout of HR programs and projects

â—      Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include cross-team initiatives across all U.S. locations and international locations

What You Will Bring

â—      7+ years of work experience with human resources processes or related (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)

â—      OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of work experience with human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management)

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

â—      Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

â—      3+ years of experience partnering with Directors and/or Senior leaders in a fast pace call center or non-exempt employee environment
