Lumpers/Unloaders - Production Work

Freight Breakers is looking for fast paced team players! This is a production atmosphere.

What will you do? 

Unload boxed freight by hand onto wooden pallets and use a manual pallet jack. Freight ranges in size and weight, 5 to 115lbs. This job is physically demanding! 

Pay: Weekly, Paid Per Truck. Each truck is a flat rate; the more trucks and the harder they are the more money you make. This is a production role and is dependent on attendance, volume and the effort you put in.  This is not an hourly role however we offer training pay, and hourly rates during downtime!  

Fast-hiring process.  With hard work and a self-motivating demeanor lumpers can set themselves up to make 600 to 1200 a week on average. Start dates available in November.  

Schedule: We work Monday-Friday 7:30am - until trailers are completed for the day, Saturdays as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to lift and carry 5-90LBS.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time.
