Sushi by Bou is hiring part time bartenders for our Albany location!
Compensation: Hourly + tips
Schedule: Must have open availability including weekends

Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable service
- Create consistent cocktails in a fast-paced environment
- Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and foster an excellent guest experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with hand crafted cocktail programs, including production of syrups and garnish
- An appreciation and understanding of fine food, wine, and spirits
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
- Must have weekend availability - night shift
- Japanese Whiskey knowledge a plus
