Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hotline, grill, flatop & fryer.  

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred
  • Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients & equipment
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Task-driven individual

Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance set by the Chef
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line 
  • Food preparation and portioning prior to service
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
