Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a good depth of knowledge of solar photovoltaic energy generation and how these technologies integrate into homes and businesses. Training will be provided.
  • Collect and maintain records using CRM and Project Management software.
  • Track, manage, quote, and schedule service and maintenance inquiries for residential renewable energy clients.
  • Provide clients with pricing tailored to their project needs and system maintenance services.
  • Maintain customer files, including up to date contact information, quotations, pricing, and communications etc.
  • Prepare and stage equipment and materials for installation
  • Deliver equipment to installation sites
  • Be a front-facing representative on-site during installation days to ensure a positive customer experience  
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of necessary materials and equipment  
  • Conduct site visits to assess project needs, evaluate conditions, and provide recommendations for optimal system installation  
  • Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Complete tasks as required by the owner/operator of the company.

Critical Requirements For This Position:

  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and personally motivated person
  • Team oriented 
  • Valid Class G Driver's license with no demerit points
