CRT - RRT - FULLTIME - (DAYS)
$6000 Sign on Bonus - 0 to 3 years of experience
- $3000 paid at the time the offer is signed
- $3000 at the first pay period with an RRT/CRT license or for new grads at the time the RRT/CRT license is received
$12,000 Sign on Bonus- 4 years or more of experience – 2 year payout
- $6000 at the time the offer is signed
- $1500 at the first pay period worked
- $1500 at one year
- $1500 at 18 months
- $1500 at 2 years
Under the general supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Director and with the authority of the Vice President of Ancillary Services, the LPN / CRT / RRT applies the Respiratory Care process ( assessment, planning , intervention and evaluation ). Effectively interacts with patient, significant others, and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional Respiratory Care. Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psycho / social, education, safety and related criteria for the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric population.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION - High school graduate, Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory School
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
Current license as a Certified Respiratory Therapist or Certified Eligible Therapist.
Current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registry Eligible Therapist.
Current CPR Certification. ( Infant, Child and Adult )
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience preferred, but not required.
Orientation to Department completed within 30 days of hire date.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Through knowledge of all Respiratory procedures.
