Store Leader
Under the direction of the Retail Operation managers, the store lead is responsible for driving sales and cultivating a good work environment/culture. The Sales Lead will oversee the store sales team and productivity. Includes supervising employees, delegating tasks, and evaluating employees’ performance.
Key responsibilities - not limited to

Aiding management in supervising all sales while showcasing strong leadership skills with the team

Participate in hiring, training, and development of staff

Create a monthly store sales action plan

Keep track of overall sales performance

Maintain consistent communication with employees regarding performance to ensure store sales goals

Retaining extensive knowledge of all products, promotional offers, and operational procedures to assist with the training of all employees

Communicate with the assistant store lead regarding store and employee performance

Demonstrate strong merchandising skills and coach the team

Coach the team on proper maintenance, including cleaning and preventative maintenance

Review and approve employee scheduling

With the assistance of the assistant store lead, ensure the store is always open during business hours

Review and approve sales trackers

Review and submit purchase orders

Deposit bank drops & change (FM only)

Routine cycle counts and inventory management
