Family Enrollment & Growth Coordinator

We build confident kids. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who can help us connect with families, guide them through our programs, and help us continue selling out classes and camps across all locations. This is not a cold-calling job.

You will be working with warm leads — parents who have already reached out, booked trials, attended tours, or shown interest online. Your role is to follow up, build trust, answer questions, and confidently guide them into the right membership for their child.

• Responding quickly to incoming leads (phone, text, email, social media)
• Booking tours and trial classes
• Following up with trial families and guiding enrollment decisions
• Selling memberships over the phone and in person
• Managing and updating CRM records
• Tracking enrollments, appointments, and conversion numbers
• Attending weekly team meetings
• Helping us maintain waitlists when programs sell out

You will be measured by results, not busywork.

• Comfortable talking on the phone daily
• Confident discussing pricing and membership options
• Strong follow-up skills
• Organized and detail oriented

• Experience using a CRM system
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Drive
• Familiar with ChatGPT and willing to use it as a productivity tool
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check to work with children

Experience in admissions, fitness studios, youth programs, hospitality, or customer service sales is a plus.
