Performs high level of customer support through good communication skills, professional and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and responsive follow up, tracks tickets to resolution, logs appropriately and escalates when necessary, demonstrates a working knowledge of:                               

 - Windows XP/Windows 7 Operating Systems

 - Microsoft Office 2003/2007 with experience supporting Outlook in an enterprise environment

  -Troubleshooting network connections and devices                                                                    

Performs password setup and resets for Windows-based users, performs setup, repair, and maintenance on company PCs and network related hardware, software, and peripherals, perform the on-call duty for the end-user support as assigned, support the deployment of new PC/network-based systems and upgrades to existing hardware and software.
