Job Description:
We are seeking a customer-focused Knife Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering knives and related products to customers, ensuring timely, safe, and professional service. As a key point of contact with clients, you will build relationships, engage with customers, and seek opportunities to add value beyond deliveries, such as recommending products or services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver knives and related products safely and efficiently to customers, following a set route
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide exceptional service during each delivery
• Identify opportunities to upsell or offer additional services that add value to the customer's business
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle basic administrative tasks
• Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the sales team to improve service offerings
• Follow safety protocols for handling and transporting sharp objects
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and comply with delivery regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and handle sharp objects safely
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on identifying and seizing business opportunities
• Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple deliveries efficiently

Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or sales is a plus. Training on products and services will be provided.
