Madison Mallards and Night Mares Scoreboard and Pitch Clock Operator

Classification: Seasonal Part-time, Non-exempt

Responsibilities:

• Attend and work as many of the Mallards’ 36 home games as possible
  
  • Arrive at least 60 minutes prior to game start time
    
• Operate provided equipment to the best of the individual’s ability with the professional standard set by the Madison Mallards and the Northwoods League
  
• Communicate with umpires to make changes to pitch clock as necessary
  
• Be attentive to the games as they are played so as to accurately score the game as viewed on the in-stadium scoreboard
  
• Properly communicate with HR and Marketing Director regarding scheduling and availability
  
  • Work games that you commit to work unless an emergency or other situation occurs, which should be communicated to Marketing Director with ample time to schedule replacement 
    
• Attend scheduled (dates TBD) Employee Orientation and Trainings
  
• Abide by all terms of the PT employee handbook.
  
• Abide by all COVID-19 safety protocols and reporting requirements, as determined by the employer and municipal/governmental mandates in effect during the season. We reserve the right when necessary to schedule based on vaccination status.
