Mitten Pizza Co. is looking for an experienced Location Manager. The Location Manager reports directly to the ownership and is responsible for overseeing and managing the critical functions of the organization.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prioritize the overall guest experience.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by evaluating, monitoring and working to address/improve thequality of all Mitten Pizza products.

• Provide ownership with weekly reports

• Submit weekly food truck orders through Gordon Food Service and Mitten Prep Co.

• Track and maintain food ordering pars

• Oversee and/or conduct hiring

• Train, schedule, coach, and discipline staff

• Perform and/or schedule contractors to perform minor maintenance as needed. Owners will furnish contacts, budget and guidance

• Any other duties deemed essential to the success of the restaurant and the safety of its team members.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work full-time and be present at peak times, while at the same time securing strategic time off to maintain proper work/life balance. Work load will not exceed 40 hours/wk.

• Manager will receive two weeks (80 hours) of *PTO (paid time off) per year. *PTO dates to be coordinated with ownership to ensure no disruption in the restaurant’s operation. No PTO may be taken in the first three months of employment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Compensation starting at $18/hr
