Roll-Off Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate independently using good judgement  
• Transport trash, refuse, recycled materials, etc to predetermined locations.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections of any vehicle to be operated while on duty. 
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report defects, accidents or violations to supervision

Skills

• Proven work experience as a truck driver
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Valid CDL Drivers license, with current medical card
