Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Admin 

Representative will assist our team through customer service, and general back office support and other duties as assigned. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Data Entry 
  • Service existing accounts to include but not limited to answering routine order questions
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills and excellent attention to details.
