The Production Associate is a part-time position with benefits (sick leave, wellness benefit, health/dental/vision subsidy) that can lead to a full-time, salaried position with even more benefits: health/dental/vision subsidy, paid time off for vacation/holidays/sick leave, 401k w/ employer match, a wellness benefit, and opportunities for career advancement.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented candidate to join our tight-knit Production staff as a Production Associate. Full time, this is a five day a week position (Monday-Friday, ~7:30am-4:30pm) and part-time this is a four day a week position Monday-Thursday with Fridays as needed at about 30 hours a week, working out of Ceremony's Annapolis Roastery location. This position may also be asked to make deliveries to our regional wholesale accounts and Ceremony Cafe locations.

Your primary role involves bagging and labeling coffee with other assigned duties such as loading coffee bins, stocking shelves, loading the delivery van, driving the delivery van, and monthly inventory. 

The right candidate maintains a professional-working appearance, drives carefully and courteously, and must have a clean driving record. An ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift over 60 lbs are prerequisites. We look for good employment history and positive references, alongside good communication skills, an ability to handle stress/change with grace, a willingness to cooperate and go with the flow, and of course, having solid core values (honesty, integrity, respect).
