Job Description

Our Managers should be passionate about the industry, exhibit leadership to inspire others, provide coaching and training all while creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. We offer a work schedule that offers a life balance to enjoy time outside of work and allows for focus while working inside the restaurant. Obviously, our managers must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management in the midst of leading and developing excellence and job satisfaction with employees.


  • Open-mindedness, an ability to learn, be challenged, problem solve and work well with a diverse group of people
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
  • Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
  • A strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to leading others
  • At least 2 years in a leadership roll in a kitchen.
