Business Office Representative

Job Description:

Business Office duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.  Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to daily operational tasks, organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.  Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all office duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.  Assisting members with membership changes and billing questions while delivering exceptional customer service. 


  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Assisting hiring managers in the application monitoring of potential new candidates
  • Support managers in the completion of new hire tasks
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Data entry into financial software and spreadsheets
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Book travel arrangements for senior management
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Order office supplies
  • Connecting and developing relationships with members
  • Receiving and making phone calls
  • Performing basic and advanced billing transactions

Skill Requirements:

  • Basic Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems
  • Basic use of an accounting application
  • Basic data visualization
  • Knowledge of Google docs, google sheets and slides
  • Ability to multitask
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organization and Thoroughness
  • Excellent communications skills
  • A team-oriented mindset


  • Starting pay is $12.00 - $14.00 per hour with opportunity for growth and development.  Complimentary membership, employee discounts, wellness program, 401K and insurance benefits included with employment.
