Position Summary:

At Thrive Behavioral Health Center, we deliver industry leading peer support for those suffering from Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorders.  We are proud to set the industry standard and continue our growth. A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting the project management department with data, reporting, and project obligations. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with meeting reporting deadlines and ensure compliance with any contractual reporting obligations

  • Compile and run outcome reporting requirements 

  • Assist with data importing and exporting to meet client objectives and/or for compliance requirements

  • Assist with data aggregation and analysis for assigned projects

  • Work closely with Project Management team to determine priorities

  • Coordinate with internal team members to provide reporting assistance as needed

  • Enroll and track clients in GOSH for Boards Electronic Enrollment System

  • Enroll clients in RedCap for grant funded projects

  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and detail oriented skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines and regulations

  • Demonstrates the ability to be well organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently

  • Displays strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to be an active listener by asking questions and reflecting on what is being said

  • Proficient level of ability with computer; Microsoft Office Products

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate information clearly


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

  • Previous experience with GOSH for Boards system


Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.
