Bartenders and Servers

The Server and Or Bartender is to ensure that guest have an enjoyable dining experience by providing ethical food with exceptional service at a great value. Bartenders  and Servers work in the front of the house taking orders, serving food and making hand crafted drinks, and removing dinnerware from the bar in a timely manner. 


Activities & Responsibilities


  • Greeting Guest in a timely Fashion to company standards 
  • Guiding guest through our menu with full knowledge
  • Taking orders and placing orders through POS
  • Running and Serving Food and Drinks
  • Following Recipes, making and deliver handcrafted cocktails 
  • Ability to obtain restaurant cleanliness by completing opening, running and closing side works
  • Taking correct payment and cash handling
  • Opening and Closing the restaurant by the ability to move equipment and furniture
  • Withholding company expectations of 22% Tip Average 
  • Withholding company expectation of $20.00 Lunch/ $30.00 Dinner per guest check average. 


Disclaimer: For company advancement, candidacy for promotion must withhold the companies tip % and per guest check average for a total of 20 shifts. 4 weeks with an average of 4 shifts per week or 6 weeks of 3 shifts per week to be considered for promotion. 



Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 Year in full service dining atmosphere REQUIRED
  • Professional communication skills are required
  • Ability to take direction
  • Top Notch customer service capability 
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • License/Qualifications:
  • Food Handlers permit required $8.00 would be deducted from Paycheck if not produced. 

*Must be able to work Sunday, nights, weekends and some holidays
