Dietary Manager

Hours will vary

The primary purpose of your position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and within budget constraints.

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or a minimum of one to two years’ experience in supervision, health care, or management skills and abilities. Obtain CDM within 1 year of hire. At least 3 years working in experience working in food service and have the Serv Safe Course.

Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.  Must have covid vaccine or exemption.
