Position Overview

As a Brand Manager at POLA Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity. You will be responsible for managing brand communications, overseeing marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands-on execution to build and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence.

Who We Want
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that reinforce brand identity
  • Manage brand communications across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling brand content
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and activities
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience working with a brand or creative/marketing/digital agency
  • 2+ years of experience leading digital content production with creative
  • Ability to interpret internal and external opportunities or roadblocks, quickly identifying areas for optimization and resolution
  • Desire to stay on the pulse of digital trends and conversations, leading through innovation
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible
