Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HR function across all Guarantee Restoration locations. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and serves as a strategic partner to leadership. This role requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution to support a dynamic, service-driven organization.
What you'll be responsible for as HR Manager:
· Lead the planning and execution of human resource strategies aligned with company goals
· Oversee all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
· Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding HR matters
· Administer and manage employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure Netchex is current and compliant
· Provide ongoing training to management on HR policies and best practices
· Assist with policy creation, updates, and internal communication
What you need to have:
· 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification a plus
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
· Experience managing HR for multi-location teams preferred
· Proven ability to balance strategic projects with hands-on execution
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Proficient with HR software systems (e.g., Netchex or similar)
