BCaBA Long Branch Schools Part-Time
Caring Family Community Services is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to work in Long Branch Schools on a Part-Time Basis for 16 hours a week. This will start as an IN SCHOOL position, unless plans change due to coronavirus . This school-based position will involve working with children in grades 1-8 to proactively provide support to children so that they can be maintained in their general educational setting. The BCaBA will work with a team of Caring Family staff (BCBA, ABA Tech and Licensed Therapist) as well as school staff (teachers, counselors, I&RS teams) in an effort to reduce referrals for special education services. This proactive approach will expect the BCaBA to provide functional behavioral assessment, group and individualized behavioral support plans, and teacher training. Training will be offered to teachers on behavior management, classroom organization, and Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
