PM RUNNER

Position Summary

The PM Runner at Home2 Suites by Hilton SouthPark plays a key support role during afternoon and evening shifts. This position ensures smooth hotel operations by assisting Front Desk and Housekeeping departments while upholding Hilton brand standards and delivering exceptional guest service. The PM Runner helps create a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for guests during peak evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and hotel departments as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests (extra towels, bedding, toiletries, etc.).
• Support the Front Desk with guest assistance and lobby and bathrooms upkeep during high-traffic periods.
• Assist Housekeeping with room readiness, trash removal, and supply restocking.
• Work in the laundry area during downtime, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and soiled linens according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobby, hallways, fitness center, and common spaces.
• Follow all Hilton brand standards, safety procedures, and property policies.
• Protect guest privacy and always ensure confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.

Schedule

• Primarily afternoon/evening shifts.
• Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays.
