Kelly & Associates Insurance Group in Sparks, MD is seeking a strong
administrative individual to provide support to our Mid-Market Sales team. Responsibilities include setting up meetings,
conference rooms, coordinating catering, making travel arrangements, reservations,
ordering supplies, etc. Organizing
on-site tours, providing phone support, filing, preparing correspondence and
mailings and providing support using salesforce with updates and data entry are
some of the tasks that will fill your day.
This could be a great entry level position for someone who wants to
learn the industry and grow within the organization.
Minimum hours are
Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
High school diploma required, some college
One year of administrative experience
