Regional Director

We are looking for a Regional Director to join our team in Ontario. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on clinic operations leader with a passion for changing healthcare in Canada and improving access to care. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of our clinics, overseeing the nursing and administrative employees. You will work collaboratively with our physician partners, corporate team, and external partners to meet our company objectives and ensure high-quality patient-focused care and excellence in providing all clinic support services.

  • Ensure successful and efficient day-to-day clinic operations and delivery of clinical services across the assigned clinics​
  • Work collaboratively with physician partners, corporate teams, and external partners to optimize clinic utilization, high-quality patient care, and the best possible health outcomes. ​
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop employees to build engaged and service-minded clinic teams modeling the company's Core Values.​
  • Lead initiatives and projects to improve quality outcomes and clinic operations in a way that contributes to an enhanced experience for employees, physician partners, and patients ​
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan to drive clinic performance in alignment with company/clinic goals, objectives, and the clinics' operating budgets; take ownership of the operational execution of strategic initiatives.​
  • Analyze and monitor Key Performance Indicators (clinic revenue, expenses, profit, service levels, retention, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities; takes action to positively impact revenue and profit.​
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements​
  • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect clinic operations and develop strategies to manage program/business growth and ensure program sustainability​
  • Develop and execute a physician recruitment plan in collaboration with the People & Culture team, building a network and pipeline of qualified physicians​


  • A degree in a field related to health care management or sufficient relevant experience
  • The ability to conduct weekly in-person visits to designated clinics
  • Fluoroscopy clinic experience (an asset)
