Title Alliance currently has an opening for a high energy Communications Assistant with strong attention to detail and excellent customer support skills in our Mesa, AZ office

The Communications Assistant will apply their attention to detail, desire to solve problems, and polished communication skills to help us build relationships and create a remarkable experience for our clients. Under minimum supervision, will conduct a wide variety of complex administrative and relationship tasks to support our Arizona Escrow Team. Will deliver an exceptional experience with a cheerful, positive attitude via social media, phone, and written contact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Promptly and professionally correspond via phone and in writing with clients
  • Initiate outgoing calls to follow up with clients
  • Manage social media and provide appropriate responses and support
  • Create a variety of written communications
  • Maintain a highly organized atmosphere with strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
  • At least 1-year of communications and/or administrative experience in a similar role
  • Must be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing conditions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities 
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, particularly in stressful situations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence outcomes through effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated effective customer service experience to a diverse audience to enhance service delivery
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to support quality service delivery
  • Intermediate level MS Office experience
